ROCK LILY TARIFFS FOR 2010 - 2011

TARIFFS BELOW ARE BASED ON 1 DOUBLE OR 2 PERSONS SHARING

MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS - sorry we do not accept ONE night stays

Low Season:  1 May to 17 December 2010

Nightly rate – Clovelly cottage - $140 per night

Nightly rate – Polperro Cottage - $145 per night

Extra guests:  Adults $30 per person per night

Children $25 per person per night.  Infants 0-2 years sleeping in a cot are free.

Dogs $5 per dog per day; $20 per dog per week

SPECIALS – May to August:

4 night midweek special (In Mon out Fri) $475 to $490

3 night midweek special – (Mon to Thurs nights) $385 to $395

Weekly rate for 1 double:  Clovelly $800;  Polperro $820

These tariffs do not include bed linen or towels.

Please BYO sheets, pillowslips, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mat. 

Optional Bed Linen Hire package*:  $50 for 1 double; $25 for each additional person. *Includes queen bed sheets, pillowslips, bath towels, hand towels, washers, bath mat and tea towels.

Nightly rate - Clovelly cottage $155

Nightly rate - Polperro cottage $160

Weekly rate - Clovelly 1 double $1,020

Weekly rate - Polperro 1 double $1,050

Clovelly Easter rate – for 4 nights for 2 guests: $620

Polperro Easter rate – For 4 nights for 2 to 4 guests: $900

Dogs are $5 per dog per day or $20 per week

Extra Guests High Season: $35 per person per night

Please BYO bed linen and towels.

Pillows, mattress protectors, bedspreads and blankets are provided.

Doonas and electric blankets in cooler months.

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:

4 NIGHTS AT EASTER

5 NIGHTS AT CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR

3 NIGHTS AT ALL LONG WEEKENDS

2 NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY APPLIES AT ALL OTHER TIMES

We do not accept 1 night stays – not ever.

There is no charge for INFANTS 0-2 years which sleep in a cot. We can provide a complimentary cot, high chair and baby bath. However, parents need to provide all bedding, linen and food for infants.

The cottages are fully self-contained with crockery, cutlery,
stainless steel saucepans, firewood provided.

DEPOSIT:

A deposit of Two nights accommodation or 50% of the total cost (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation for a cottage. The deposit is required within 7 to 10 days of making the booking.

Deposit is payable by credit card, cheque or money order.

The balance is due when you arrive and may be paid by either credit card or cash.

The Special Mid-week package requires the full amount to be paid at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN time is from or after 2pm. CHECK-OUT is around 10 am. Sundays check-out is by 11 am.

You may contact us 24 hours prior to your arrival, if you would like to arrive/check-in earlier than 2pm, or have a later check-out. Sometimes this may be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits are refundable provided you cancel more than 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your booked arrival date, except at Christmas, New Year and Easter – see details below.

Cancellations advised to us between 2 and 3 weeks (14 to 20 days) prior to your booked arrival date will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of one nights accommodation.

Cancellations advised with less than 2 weeks notice, before your booked arrival date, will incur full loss of deposit.

Early departure after arrival: If you decide to leave earlier than the date you booked to depart – there will be no refund or reduction in tariff for any unused nights.

Cancellation Policy Peak Period - Christmas, New Year & Easter Holidays:

Peak periods book out several months ahead and we turn away many enquiries from that time forward. Rock Lily cottages is a small business with 2 cottages. When we receive a cancellation, it could result in a cottage being vacant during one of our busiest most requested times of the year. Therefore:

Cancellations received between 14 and 28 days before the booked arrival date will incur 2 nights non-refundable, non-transferable cancellation fee. (Example: for a booking with an arrival date of 24th December, - cancellation period referred to would be between 27th November and 10th December)

Cancellations received between 1 and 13 days before booked arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount of the booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The tariff for Polperro cottage during peak periods, is based on a booking with a minimum of 4 guests. There will be no reduction in the tariff if less than 4 guests stay.
