Polperro cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage and is suitable for 1 or 2 couples, or a family with children, but it is not suitable for 6 adults. It is situated on our 100 acre property, allowing you to take a pleasant bushwalk down the property.

• Reverse cycle air conditioner in lounge room
• An air conditioner in upstairs bedroom
• This is a Dog friendly cottage
• A double mesh, fully fenced dog yard, wraps around 2 sides of the cottage, and has a large kennel.
• Picnic table
• Instantaneous gas hot water
• Rainwater tanks provide the water supply
• A smoke free environment.  Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, but allowed on the verandah.

We feel very privileged that this is the second time we have been the first guests to write in a new guest book. This is our first stay at Polperro, after many, many visits to Clovelly.  We have had a restful stay and enjoyed it immensely in spite of five days of rain!  A rare phenomenon indeed.  Thanks Delphine for the treats, much appreciated.  We’ll be back.  Lyn, Suzanne, Kezzie (the beautiful malamute) and Zenya (Doberman)

Our mummies, Nana and Aunty Evi brought us here for a holiday to visit a beach each day, so we can run, run, run and run, then come back to our beautiful cottage to enjoy the rest of the day.  After our breakfast we enjoyed our walk down the track, sniffing everywhere, then when the adults finished their breakfast we were off to the beach.  Lovely meeting the horses and the resident puppies.  Thanks for looking after us so well, we really enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay.  The views are breathtaking!  We loved the cottage, feel very much at home.  We hope to be back with Martha the pug dog soon, ( I don’t think she wants to leave, either!)

A truly special holiday – your cottages are in a magical place and Polperro was perfect for the two of us and our dogs.  The view and the peace will stay with us as we travel back to Sydney.  Thank you so much for everything.
