Polperro Cottage - Self-Contained Accommodation Brogo NSW

Polperro cottage is our largest cottage and it can sleep up to 6 guests. It is situated on our 100 acre property, allowing you to take a pleasant bushwalk down the property.

Accommodation Features:

• It is a 2 storey Mudbrick Cottage
• Magnificent Mountain Views
• Queen size bed downstairs
• En suite bathroom
• 1 double bed and 2 single beds upstairs
• Restored old leadlight windows
• Old timber beams
• Verandah, gas barbecue
• TV, CD/DVD player, radio/cassette
• Full size gas stove with fan forced oven
• Refrigerator and microwave
• Cast Iron Wood fire
• An air conditioner in upstairs bedroom
• This is a Dog friendly cottage
• A double meshed fenced dog yard on 2 sides of the cottage, with a large kennel
• Picnic table
• Instantaneous gas hot water
• Rainwater tanks provide the water supply
• A smoke free environment.  Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, but allowed on the verandah.

"How lovely! This was like a return home after time away!  The cottage has the warmth and welcome of fond childhood memories – especially the homemade bread!

We could feel the tension of suburbia simply drain out of us and we soaked up the peace and wonder of the bush’s sights, sounds and smells like thirsty sponges.  Just sitting on the porch and watching the change over the valley during the day was therapeutic.  My only regret is that this wonderful gift you have is 5 ½ hours from home, else we would come frequently.

"Thanks! The cottage is delightful with everything required for a comfortable stay.  The views to die for, and the walk down and back up the hill compensated for the wine enjoyed as we watched the sun go down each evening.  Very peaceful.  Abbey (dog) loved it, despite being "rounded up" by Tiffy (tiny dog) each day!!
