Julie and Sarah Lorber are a mother and daughter partnership in Brogo. Sarah is a graduate of Bega Tafe in Commercial Cookery and Illawarra Institute of Tafe in Commercial Hospitality, while Julie brings 10 years in the hospitality industry to the partnership.

Little Lady Mobile Catering specialize in wedding receptions, and cater for business meetings, conferences at the office, Christmas & birthday parties and buffets. Julie and Sarah offer a special service to guests at Rock Lily Cottages. They have a variety of menus to choose from starting with a picnic or barbecue hamper right up to the Super Deluxe Dinner for Two. They will come to your cottage, prepare a delicious meal for you and if you wish they will even stay and serve each course. The price includes cleaning up afterwards.

MAINS - choice of:

Thai Style Chicken Salad
Chicken breast fillets with mixed lettuce leaves, cucumber, red onion rings, pea sprouts, pine nuts, red capsicum, mango combined with a delicious Thai style sweet chilli dressing.

Thai Style Beef Salad
Tender beef strips with mixed lettuce, pine nuts, red onion rings, pea sprouts mango and cucumber, combined with a tangy Thai style dressing.

Quiche Lorraine and Salad
Bacon, egg and spinach filling in a pastry case, topped with cheese, accompanied with a crisp side salad with white wine or balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

DESSERT - choice of:

Fruit skewers with Honey Cream
Assorted fruit skewers with honey yoghurt dipping sauce.

Tropical Fruit Platter
Consisting of honeydew melon, rockmelon, rich red strawberries and kiwi fruit – (this dessert is served for 2)

"THE INDULGENCE" Dinner – 3 courses for Two $150

The Indulgence Dinner includes a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne.

Champagne Oysters
Warm local oysters drizzled with a thick chive & champagne sauce on a bed of rock salt garnished by julienne vegetables.

Fresh Potato Gnocchi *
Potato gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce & pesto garnished with crunchy deep fried leak.

Mediterranean Asparagus
Asparagus topped with wild rocket; proscuito, shaved parmesan & drizzled with tangy vinaigrette accompanied with tomato pesto.

Antipasto Plate *
A mixture of marinated fetta, olives, artichokes, mushrooms along with sundried tomatoes, smoked ham, smoked salmon rapped asparagus with olive bread.

Baked Ricotta Proscuito Summer Salad
Proscuito wrapped tomato on a baked ricotta square with fresh basil.

Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad
Fresh wedges of beetroot with crumbled goats cheese, green beans and a balsamic dressing.

Cajun Chicken Breast Salad
Cajun seasoned chicken breast on a bed of mixed lettuce, fetta, olives & cucumber. Accompanied by sour cream & Sarah’s special salsa.

Herbalicious Salmon
Atlantic salmon fillet coasted in a medley of herbs with slow braised capsicum.

Angle Hair Pasta with Scallops
Pasta tossed through a wine & garlic sauce with bok choy & coriander topped with scallops.

Thyme Crusted Lamb Cutlets
Lamb cutlets on mashed potato & pesto surrounded by caramelized red onions.

Seafood Brochette
Prawns, scallops and fish skewers marinated with steamed rice.

Pork with Herbs & Prosciuto
Pork wrapped in prosiuto with herbs in a medley of vegetables.

White Chocolate & Mascarpone Raspberries Swirls
Short pastry cups filled with white chocolate & mascarpone topped with raspberries.

Bassmal Strawberries
Macerated in balsamic vinegar on fried sweet bread.

Lemon & Lime Tart *
Lemon & lime tart with lemoncello sauce & spun toffee.

Coconut dipped sauce with fruit skewers coated with sweet glaze.

Puffed Pears
Pears on puffed pastry with chocolate sauce.

* The Gnocchi entrée, the Antipasto entrée and the Lemon & Lime Tart Dessert each need to be ordered for 2 persons.
